What is your relationship with Troostwijk Auctions?

Vastgoed Veiling is an independent auction platform that focuses entirely on the sale of real estate through foreclosure auctions and other auctions. The platform is part of TBAuctions, the largest umbrella auction organization in Europe.

Troostwijk Auctions is another auction platform within TBAuctions and primarily focuses on movable goods, such as machinery, inventory and business goods. Real estate auctioned through Troostwijk is almost always located outside the Netherlands and is organized by the same auction team that is also responsible for Vastgoed Veiling.

Although both platforms fall under the same parent organization, they each have their own specialisms, processes and buyer target groups.
