What does “awarding by the client” mean?

Many of our clients have the “right of awarding”. This means the client decides after the auction whether or not the lot is awarded to the highest bidder.

A client is completely free in this decision and therefore chooses whether or not to award the property for the price bid.

The property details show whether awarding takes place after the auction closes.
