How can I bid?

To bid in an online auction, you first need an account. You create this by registering on our website. After that, you must have yourself legalized by a civil-law notary.

Logged in and legalized? Then bidding can begin. It is simple: when the auction is open, go to the property you want to bid on. On the right-hand side of that page, you will see a field where you can enter your bid.

When you click Check bid, we calculate your bid. You will then see your bid, including the auction costs. Please note: this amount does not yet include any stake premium or taxes.

You can then approve your bid. Only once you have confirmed it has the bid been placed.

One more thing: a placed bid is binding. Bidding is not without obligation. If the seller awards the auction to you, you must purchase the property for the amount you bid, including auction costs.
