5. Where do I send my registration statement and what is the processing time?

After signing and legalization, you must send the original registration statement by post to our platform notary:

If the auction takes place soon, the notary can first email a scanned copy to veilingen@hekkelman.nl so you can be approved more quickly. The original document must still be sent by post afterwards.

Processing time

The legalization itself only takes a few minutes at the notary. Processing by the platform notary takes place once the legalized original has been received. Please allow for a turnaround time of several days, depending on postal delivery and the moment of submission.

Legalizing shortly before the auction is possible, but we advise arranging this in good time. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
